 Selection and Processing :
The applications are processed by Higher Education Commission and a merit list is published on the internet to announce the names of selected candidates.

Final selection of eligible candidates is made through interviews in English with a French Professor in Islamabad or Karachi. Your selection in the programme ensures that you will be accepted in a French University.

Submission to the French centers of the documents to be translated by all the students (HEC & Master Program)

Signature of the contracts with SFERE

1er invoice to be paid to the SFERE by the Master program’s Students

Acceptances in the universities to be filled and return to the Edufrance Desk who will send them to the SFERE

Visa application process. Visas forms will be given to the students and once filled and passport attached with, has to be given to the Edufrance Representative. Who will send them to the Cultural Section of the Embassy

Beginning of June

Amount of the Air fair to be collected by Edufrance Representative only for the Master Program’s Students

3rd and final language test

End of the French classes

Student get together at the Residence of the Ambassador of France. The passport and air ticket will be given on that day

 ACCEPTANCES

February         Application process in French universities through SFERE : which is

To June           giving the application files to the students.

The students fill out the application files and return them to SFERE.

SFERE is sending the files to the universities and acceptances are being  received.

Most students have a choice among 2 to 5 acceptances depending on their specific fields. But note that some acceptances may be received during the summer after departure to France.

 INVOICES

These invoices will be paid by the Student selected in the Master Programme

The invoices will be most probably divide that way, but note that this is not final

End February   Issuance of the 1st invoice, around 2 950€ to be paid in march.

Deposit of registration fee 320€

Deposit for specific education expenditures 650€

Payment for placement and monitoring by SFERE  1 980€

April                 Issuance of the 2nd invoice, total amount 7 950 to be paid the same month.

Payment for language training in France 1 850 €

Deposit for living expenditures 6 100  € (refunded at the arrival in France)

 VISAS
Note that the visa can not be issued without the deposit of the living expenditures and completion of other requirement of the contract.

All the visa application have to be submitted through the Education and Scientific Attaché of the French Embassy.

Important : Any student applying visa on his own exposes himself to a  refusal in which the Embassy is not holding any responsibility.

Visa application of the spouses and children will not initially be process. They may be consider when the students will be properly settle in France and have their Resident Card.
